Shipping & Returns

Shipping- We ship Federal Express, UPS and USPS. In some cases the item you are ordering is not in stock and may take longer to receive from the manufacturer. Eastern Tactical and Aero will inform you in such cases and will give you options and time estimated for your order. Please call or e-mail to check for availability. Shipping sometimes is not able to be added at time of order being placed by customer.

Standard Express:

In-stock items will typically arrive in 3-6 business days. The day the order is placed is not calculated in the date range and business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Alterations and Monogramming take approximately a week extra for processing.
Items shipped directly from our vendors may take additional time for delivery.
Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges and shipping time.

Returns- Eastern Tactical & Aero is committed to providing quality equipment, support, and a customer service policy that is second-to-none. If a product does not meet your expectations, simply contact Eastern Tactical & Aero and request a Return Authorization. You can reach ETA at 908-479-2200 or via e-mail at sales@easterntactical.com. Returned products must be in their original packaging and be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Eastern Tactical & Aero will credit your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee which will be determined at the time the Return Authorization is given. There may be certain items (ei: those which are custom manufactured or specially ordered) which are not returnable or refundable. Eastern Tactical & Aero does not accept returns of excessively worn or customer damaged items.
